Kookaburra lodge has been conceived by the Farrell family, who has over 30 years experience in the property industry. The family has successfully managed a diversity of projects to completion - from high-rise to high profile sporting facilities and resort accommodation.
The company's principal, Jim Farrell, has played key roles in the award winning Portland Transit Mall development and post Olympics conversion of Sydney's Olympic Stadium.
The family have over 20 years of experience in British Columbian resort property, through investment, development and consulting activities.
An enormous amount of detailed attention has been provided to the design development of Kookaburra Lodge by the project team, to resolve the details that make for exceptional usability and the height of enjoyment for our customers.
Two architectural firms have serviced the project: Nettleton Tribe, a large multi-disciplinary firm based in Sydney and Owen & Hunter Architects based in Kamloops.
Kookaburra Lodge is a licensed multi family dwelling builder in British Columbia and is covered by the National Home Warranty Program and Maintenance Operations Program.
